Q. Why should I update my profile?
A. We recommend that you update your information on an ongoing basis on the site like address, phone numbers, contact information so when an appointment is booked, the most accurate information about you is received. Simply go to your profile and click on edit to make changes the changes you wish. Once you have completed your changes click on save & continue.
Q. Can I delete my profile from the search results?
A. Yes you can. To remove your profile simply log into your Account and click on delete profile.
Q. I've lost my password. How can I find it?
A. If you have forgotten your password please click on "Forgot password?". Enter the email address you registered at this site with and we will send you a password directly to that email account.
Q. How do I renew/deactivate my account?
A. Please log in to the site using your user name and password and click on Change Account Status on the " Membership" page menu.
Q. How can I upload a picture to my account?
A. Please log in to the site using your user name and password, then click on the "manage Profile" tab and then the " Media" tab. Click the Upload Photo link and simply follow the instructions. Photos must be uploaded in a JPG format and no larger than 300 X 200 PX in size.
