About David Paul Weber

  • I am an attorney, certified fraud examiner, and registered private investigator. Until 2013, I was the Assistant Inspector General for a major federal agency. Prior to that, I spent my career as a federal investigator and trial attorney, focused on banking, employment, criminal and civil investigations. I am also a faculty member at the University of Maryland, College Park, where I teach ethics, fraud and professionalism at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
