Jonathan K. Pollack has been a partner of the firm since 2002. His areas of practice are matrimonial and family law, alternative dispute resolution, trusts and estates, and taxation. He has represented clients with respect to such issues as custody, visitation, relocation, child support, spousal maintenance, equitable distribution, paternity, domestic violence, common law marriage, domestic partnership, enforcement and modification, and in the negotiation of marital and cohabitation agreements and the prosecution and defense of appeals. He has litigated contested matters before New York State Supreme and Family Courts and the Appellate Division, First Department. He also practices estate planning and has a Masters in Tax Law.
