With nearly 20 years in practice, Mr. Borrow is a member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, professional organizations whose memberships are limited to plaintiffs’ attorneys who have achieved exceptional financial victories for their clients. In addition, and in recognition of his many accomplishments, Mr. Borrow has been selected to Super Lawyers and Elite Lawyers of America.
Mr. Borrow began his legal career in 1996 as a trial attorney with a prestigious statewide law firm practicing insurance defense in personal injury and wrongful death matters including automobile accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect and complex tort litigation.
Using the knowledge and experience he gained on the defense side, Mr. Borrow went on to found a plaintiff’s personal injury firm to benefit those injured due to the negligence or misconduct of others. He has been representing injury victims exclusively for more than 15 years.
Mr. Borrow completed his undergraduate studies at Iona College, where he was an NCAA athlete and honors student. He earned his juris doctor law degree from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was selected to the Dean’s List and served as an editor for the school’s Journal of Legal Commentary He is a member of The Florida Bar, admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
A cornerstone of Mr. Borrow’s legal practice is his dedication to providing personal attention to each and every client, no matter how large or small the case. He utilizes the latest in available technology and social media to maximize client access and communication. The numerous referrals Mr. Borrow receives from current and former clients are a testament to the satisfaction clients have with the high level of service and personal attention they receive.
A former college team captain, Mr. Borrow maintains his devotion to the game, serving as a varsity football coach for Miami Country Day School and as general counsel to the Southeastern Football Conference. He has been married for fifteen years to his college sweetheart. The couple have one daughter.
