Erik Alvarez is the founding member of AtoZ Injury Law. Originally from Miami, FL, Erik Alvarez began his legal career after graduating law school, with honors, to advocate on behalf of injured victims. At 11 years of age, his mother was involved in a major car accident where she suffered significant injuries so he decided, at that time, he wanted to help injured victims like his mother.
Erik left Miami to play played collegiate baseball, and declined an opportunity to play professionally to instead begin his legal career. He returned home to Miami to practice law and serve his community. His practice is focused representing victims who are injured as a result of another’s negligence or fault. Combined, he has tried and litigated hundreds of cases and defeated many of the largest insurance companies and corporations in the country. In just his first trial, he earned a verdict roughly twenty times more than the final offer from the insurance company. Erik Alvarez built a large portion of his practice by receiving case referrals from lawyers to litigate and take their cases through trial.
Erik is a member of the Million-Dollar Advocates, Multi-Million Dollar Advocates and was selected to the Top 100 National Trail Lawyers for Civil Plaintiff Lawyers. Erik was selected to Super Lawyers in 2020.
