With a passion for cycling and advocating for cyclists, Mr. Marks is a well-known cyclist and has been a member of the United States Cycling Federation since 1989. Mr. Marks received his B.A. from Washington University in 1981 and went on to earn his law degree from the University of Miami in 1984. He was admitted to practice in Florida in 1985.
