Martin is admitted to practice law in New York State and is awaiting admission into the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York. He particpates regularly in the actvities of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers and the New York State Bar Association.
Martin earned his law degree in 2004 from New York Law School, graduating Cum Laude. He earned an undergraduate degree in Spanish and Masters in Bilingual Education from St. John’s University. He completed his candidacy for a doctorate in Bilingual Special Education at New York University. Martin is avidly involved in the New York Spanish-speaking community and has counseled many in the areas of special education rights and immigration.
