For examples In the recent bankruptcies of LandAmerica (corporate negligence) and 1031 Tax Group (Ponzi Scheme), he led ted the Trustee's legal team that recoverd and paid out $317 million, and $140 million, rspectively, to victims, resulting in returns in excess of 100% and 70% of losses.
