Mr. Tehrani is admitted and actively practices law in three jurisdictions, Connecticut, Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Mr. Tehrani received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was Managing Editor of the Journal of Environmental Law. His familiarity with the courtroom began when he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Alexander Williams, Jr., now retired District Court Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. After graduating from law school, Mr. Tehrani served for two years as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Ann S. Harrington, the Administrative Judge of the Montgomery County Circuit Court and the Sixth Judicial Circuit.
Before opening his own practice, Mr. Tehrani served as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Rockville, MD. In that capacity, Attorney Tehrani represented and provided legal counsel to the City of Rockville’s Mayor, Council, City Manager, employees, and the police department. He handled a wide variety of city matters including, zoning and land use issues, contract disputes, construction disputes, labor and employment matters, infrastructure issues, and zoning and property maintenance violations. Given his extensive experience, Attorney Tehrani is not only well-versed in handling multifaceted issues but also in navigating the bureaucratic framework of municipal governments and complex insurance entities.
Prior to representing the City of Rockville, Mr. Tehrani was an insurance defense trial attorney, representing major insurance carriers, public utilities, and self-insured companies that conducted business in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This experience helped Attorney Tehrani understand the process and analysis insurers and self-insured entities undergo in determining liability and the settlement value of cases. Possessing this knowledge has proven invaluable to Mr. Tehrani in his representation of personal injury victims.
In his spare time away from work, Mr. Tehrani enjoys spending time with his two boys, his wife, and dog.
