Mr. Arnowitz is the author of “Expert Evidence in Connecticut State Courts”, American Bar Association Scientific Evidence Review Monogram No. 4 (1999) and “Denying a Natural Parent Visitation Rights”, 20 Family Law Review 2 (June 1988). Mr. Arnowitz is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut, State of New York, United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also affiliated with the Connecticut Bar Association and the Fairfield County Regional Bar Association. Mr. Arnowitz was born in Brooklyn, New York and now resides in Wilton, Connecticut with his wife and three children.
