About Wesley M. Malowitz
I began my practice in 1991 after graduating from American University Washington College of Law, and I am licensed in Connecticut, New York and Washington, D.C. It is my belief that by being personally involved in all aspects of my clients’ claims, I am better able to assist my clients in maximizing their recovery. This hands-on approach includes securing compensation for medical bills, property damage and lost wages after an accident occurs.
As a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, as well as the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice, I understand how to properly evaluate claims, build cases and put my legal experience to work for my clients.
In addition to my legal background and experience, I am also a dedicated member of my community. I am currently president of the Westport Soccer Association, very active in my synagogue and am involved with other community activities and volunteer efforts. My clients often come from the same communities, which helps me understand their concerns and the challenges they are facing.
